Price your Livermore house right and it will Sell

Its real simple, follow the stats and your eyes will open. We are not in a market that we were in two years ago. We are in a buyer's market. Keep this in mind not only if your planning on buying a home but also if your planning on selling your home. If you price your Livermore house like everyone else, your house will sit. However, if your realistic, and not in a fantasy world, then price your house accordingly, it will sell. We had over 100 houses sell last month. For all my blogger reader's, I think we have about 40 constant based on e-mails. I am so confident that the real estate market is close to the bottom and so confident that there are very good deals out there, I am willing to go into an investment with a select few of you that wish to take advantage of this market. Let me know! I will put my money where my mouth is.

That has to be the best offer I ever seen a realtor do, I am one of your faithful reader's and I might just take you up on that offer. Let me talk it over with my wife.

Wow, how many people do we need to go into buying an investment house together. If your picking the house and going on title with other investor's then I am game. I can come in with about 20K and I would be willing to be negative $500.00 a month if the deal is good enough.

Livermore real estate must be solid if your making that kind of offer, how much cash will be needed to join you in this venture?

Livermore Real Estate is the next secret let out of the bag, you are ruining my attempt to sell my house by posting things like that. Home sellers are not going to want to use you if your trying to buy their houses. Isn't there some type of conflict of interest?

I believe you didn't read my post. I do not control the market, however I do recognize patterns. How can there be a conflict of interest if I explain the market? That is like me knowing the score of a game (before it is played) and telling you the score, and then asking you to make a bet on it. It is simply solid information that you move on.

It would naive to expect you to bet on the losing team. However, it would be smart to bet on the winner. I am saying, Livermore real estate appears to be low and it's a good time to capitalize on it because there are distressed seller's out there. :).

The stats are in, I just wanted to update Livermore residents. In the last year we have seen an increase of 1.20% in housing prices. Considering the market we are in, that is a very refreshing news to us considering places like San Ramon and walnut Creek saw significant decreases in the double digits......
