Livermore is a diverse community, with a very high percentage of home-owners

Median resident age: 35.0 years.Median household income in 2005: $96,632 (it was $75,322 in 2000).2005 median house/condo value: $662,100 (it was $314,600 in 2000).Median gross rent in 2005: $1,314.Percentage of residents living in poverty in 2005: 6.2%

Races in Livermore:
White Non-Hispanic (74.4%)

Other race (5.3%)
Two or more races (4.5%)
Filipino (2.2%)
American Indian (1.6%)
Black (1.6%)
Chinese (1.0%)

As it would be imagined in a great City of Livermore, the population represents very similar demographic patterns to the country itself.

Thanks for all your e-mails to me, I am very optimistic about Livermore, I too think it is the best kept investment secret out there in the Bay Area. Thanks for the Posts

Livermore is growing into a Walnut Creek type place, do you expect the home prices to increase rapidly in the next five years?
